I am here to empower women to be their own healer through sister circles and one-on-one coaching sessions.

Already as a child, I was deeply connected to spirit - my soul was longing for answers to profound questions of life and existence. i am a natural seeker for the truth within everything.

As a teenager, I began studying Buddhism, trained martial arts and studied psychology to understand the mystery of life and the human mind and soul. But I wasn´t satisfied with what traditional psychology had to offer and learned about coaching as a means to activate our innate resources and empower through healing.

I digged deeper than all tools to improve ourselves. I immersed myself in deepest healing in the foothills of the Himalayas, climbing peaks, sitting like the mountains and living a simple yet meaningful life under the moon and sun - to develop a good heart.

Living in the Indian Himalayas for over 2 years, I immeresed myself in meditation, Vajrayana Buddhism, Advaita Vedenta, energy healing and  I’ve had the privilege to study with some of the masters of our time; His Holiness The Dalai Lama, Lama Zopa Rinpoche and His Holiness The Karmapa, and I have the deepest honor of calling them my teachers.

And I sat with my deepest moments of patriarchal bs of sexual harassment, the discomfort and alienation living in my own female bodysuit, reliving ancestral traumas of oppression, depression and addiction. Initiations to my true Self. And so I birthed myself from the ashes over and over again. I know, to reach the light we must face the dark, and learn dance with it. To dance with anger, grief, resentment, fear as well with joy, excitement and love. I walk the path of healing and transformation because the only way out is the way through. I am a Heart Warrior Goddess, a wild Mystic Mama guiding you to yourself.

These years behind me are profound and I collected the threads of so much I created but didn´t really completely understand back then. My guide: I followed my heart and intuition. And now everything has deep meaning - unfolding itself like a thousand petaled lotus. Weaving all threads of my journey into my medicine. My superpowers are sensing energies, rooting deeply in my intuition, mastering the art of transformation and shapeshifting, receiving crystal clear visions and re-claiming my and our collective truth.
