The Mother Wound is the unconscious pain and shame passed from mother to child. It shapes our coping mechanisms, core beliefs, and our sense of self. Her imperfections became your

To reclaim your power as a woman, healing the mother wound is essential. In this set of sessions, we create a safe, non-judgmental space to gently explore and uncover the core wounds linked
to your mother. You will set yourself free from these inherited patterns and learn to re-mother yourself – to give to yourself what your mother couldn’t.
